Organization, Management and Control Model

Logibiotech Srl in accordance with the dictates of Legislative Decree June 8, 231/2001 and consistent with the Code of Ethics, has equipped itself with the Organization, Management and Control Model (MOG) so as to be able to trace the activity carried out by all those involved in the company’s business, assigning them specific functions and operations and establishing a supervisory body. The Organizational Model 231 is among the main tools to prevent crimes committed by the company’s directors, employees and collaborators, in order to ensure transparency and efficiency and gain the full trust of our customers.

Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics is the company’s “Charter of Values.” It summarizes the principles of behavior that directors, employees and collaborators in any capacity, as well as suppliers of Logibiotech Srl must comply with in conducting business activities, performing work, managing internal and external relations, thus highlighting the set of rights, duties and responsibilities of the recipients of the Code itself.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the “Organization, Management and Control Model” provided for in Article 6 of Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the subject of administrative liability of entities and legal persons.
By providing adequate information, prevention and control tools, the Company ensures the transparency of the conduct put in place, intervening, where necessary, to halt any breaches of the Code and supervising its effective observance.
The Code of Ethics has been approved by the corporate bodies.

Gender equality

With the aim of best fulfilling its mission and in line with its strategic vision, Logibiotech Srl has decided to adopt a Gender Equality Management System (SGPG) compliant with UNI/PdR 125:2022, as a valid tool to ensure gender equality and the professional growth of women, by promoting an inclusive culture and activating processes capable of fostering women’s empowerment, as well as the complete rejection of any form of physical, verbal, or digital abuse (harassment) in the workplace.

Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy

Logibiotech Management considers it essential, for the company’s strategic development, to establish and maintain a Quality Management System compliant with applicable national and international regulations and with the technical standards concerning IVDs, developed in accordance with the UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 and UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Logibiotech Srl has also identified the Environmental Management System developed according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard as the appropriate tool for systematically managing environmental responsibilities and contributing to environmental sustainability.

Logibiotech is currently certified according to the UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standards; furthermore, Logibiotech has also started the certification process according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
